Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://dashcaminstallerspring.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Evans-Installations markets and arranges Dashcam Installation Service, Dual Channel Dashcam Service, SUV Dashcam Installation, Truck GPS Installation, Vehicle Security Camera Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://dashcaminstallerspring.com is the property of Evans-Installations or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Evans-Installations makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will Evans-Installations's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Evans-Installations against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
